The story of the enchanted swans blends universal fairy-tale motifs with a tale rooted in the landscape of the Warmian lakes. With words kept to a minimum, the stage is given over to puppets, shadows, and music resonating with echoes of local sounds. Perhaps it is somewhere near Olsztyn that one of the most iconic love stories unfolds, while swan feathers lost along the lakeshores whisper enchanted legends?
This original production by Honorata Mierzejewska-Mikosza—an artist specialising in theatre for young audiences—is intended for children aged 4 and over and the adults close to them.
