Mom’s Hair

“Mom’s Hair” is a beautiful story whose main characters are a child and a parent - or rather, the emotions that accompany their relationship.

Emma lives in a bright, loving, song-filled home, pulsating with joy, play, and laughter. Emma’s mom is caring, and she has sunshine in her hair… Unfortunately, as life goes, the sun does not shine every day, and one day sadness enters this happy home. Overwhelming. Incomprehensible. Awakening a sense of danger. And helpless anger. In Mom’s tangled hair there is no longer a smile - there is fear and powerlessness.

In her childlike way, the girl tries very hard to cope with the situation: to tame her dark thoughts, untangle her feelings, and bring order to the growing chaos that disrupts her family’s peace. To make sunbeams dance joyfully in her mother’s hair once again…

Will she succeed? Of course everything will turn out well, because someone will appear who can help…

“Mom’s Hair” is a hopeful story that helps tame fears and understand the difficult emotions we all face every day - children and adults alike, even those who are fully grown.

Our performance is a stage adaptation of a bestselling book that has been breaking popularity records across Europe for several years. We invite you to an important and wise performance which - so we hope - will help audiences better recognize emotions, cope with them effectively, and brighten at least a small fragment of our not-always-easy everyday life. We warmly recommend it and invite you to attend!
